The 4CUT point allows for the screw to be driven in without the need for pre-drilling depending on the timber (we recommend testing this on off-cuts first).

The fixing thread provides a safe and permanent connection to eliminate screw heads popping up in the event of timber warping. Spax's cylinder head allows for easy countersinking and also reduces the chance of splitting wood all while providing a low-profile finish.
